On February 4th in 2004 A Japanese movie distributor canceled plans to display a watercolor by Adolf Hitler. The work was planned to be shown to promote a film, 2002's "Max", that was loosely based on the Nazi dictator's life. The distributor said that the painting could not be shipped in time for the movie's opening.
