It called on Muslims worldwide to attack Americans. The Al Quds Al-Arabi newspaper published a statement that announced an alliance between Dr. Zawahri, head of the Egyptian Jihad, and Osama bin Laden.
On February 23rd in 2001 - A US federal appeals court upheld that the US government mismanaged and neglected Native American trust funds.
On February 23rd in 2001 - Pres. Bush opened a two-day summit with British Prime Minister Tony Blair at Camp David. They endorsed a European rapid-action force as long as it is secondary to NATO.
